The Soft Side of Succession Planning
Presenter: Bea Wolper

Chief Executive Officer of Emens Wolper Jacobs Jasin Law Firm

There are two sides to succession:  the hard side that everyone knows…wills, trusts, documents, etc.  But the soft side is more difficult:  concepts such as fairness, rivalry and procrastination, etc. These concepts and how they intertwine with charitable planning will be explored at our next meeting.
